If your connection attempt is timing out or the username/password you are specifying is not working:
- Make sure the IP address you are connecting from is specified in the “FTP Access List” in Console Interface > System Configuration > FTP Access List (see details in the Sendio Backup & Restore Guide).
- Verify that no firewall is blocking FTP communication (port TCP 21) between the FTP Client and the Sendio ESP.
- If connecting from a Windows PC confirm the Windows Firewall is not blocking FTP connections.
- Make sure you are using the correct login information: username “sysarchive” and password “sendio”
